Allie Rella

Allie Rella joined the Lucy Daniels Center in 2022. She was trained in Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) in 2023 and has facilitated COSP both individually and in groups with parents and teachers. Allie is passionate about expanding the reach of Circle of Security and deeply values the support it offers caregivers across a variety of settings.

In addition to her work with COSP, Allie has professional experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in outpatient, residential, and school environments. Her areas of expertise and clinical interest include childhood trauma, attachment difficulties, anxiety, and adoption.
