I am a facilitator of both Circle of Security Parenting and Circle of Security Classroom, I have experience leading groups in both in-person and virtual formats. I work to create reflective spaces that support emotional growth and relational understanding. I have completed multiple trainings in attachment-based and trauma-informed practices, and I am currently in the process of completing my endorsement in reflective supervision through the North Carolina Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Association (NCIMHA). My work is grounded in the belief that when adults feel supported and understood, they are better equipped to meet the emotional needs of the children in their care.
